(Example of alternative tuxedomoon tag is at the bottom of page ;o)
This tutorial was written in PSP 8 but can be done in other versions.
You will need:~ The supplies zip HERE, which includes Mask, Texture, Fonts, Brushes and alternative Halo Heart Image and alternative tube.
A Tube of your choice, preferably a devilish one, (I included a tuxedomoon tube in the supply zip http://tuxedomoon.deviantart.com ;o) I used the artwork of Rachel Huntington and you need to purchase a license to use her work: CILM.
Dsb Flux, Bright Noise HERE
Eye Candy 4000 (glass, and gradient glow, depending on what tube you use)
Open up the supplies zip and put the texture into your psp textures folder (go to My Computer, Program Files, Jasc Software, PSP #, Open the textures folder and either copy and paste it in or drag it in ;o) and if using PSP 7, put the brush into your brush folder and the font into your fonts folder.
OK, Let's get started!
Open PSP and import the brush (info HERE), open your tube and the mask in PSP and open a new image 300 x 300 and floodfill with white.
Layers>New raster Layer and floodfill with Black.
Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image (PSP 7, Masks>New>From Image) Find Mask_04_Yarrow in the drop down menu and 'Invert mask data' Checked and Source Luminance Checked:

Layers>Merge>Merge Group (you don't need to do this in psp7 ;o)
Set your foreground colour to: #C00000 (or colour to match your tube) and switch your textures on:

Find the texture (angel_texture_Yarrow) that you put into the folder earlier:

Select your magic wand tolerance and feather both at zero with the settings below, and click inside all the black squares to select them all and floodfill all the squares on your masked top layer with the texture:

Then Selections>Select None
Image>Add Border, click yes/ok to the pop up box and add a border of 5 pixels, symmetric, colour black.
Select your magic wand, tolerance and feather both at 0 and click inside the border to select it. (psp9 uncheck 'sample merged', check 'contiguous') Apply Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000, Glass with these settings on the basic and lighting tabs :~

Selections>Select None.
Now open another new image 500 x 500 and floodfill with white.Copy and Paste your original image as New Layer onto your new blank white image.
Duplicate (Layers>Duplicate) your original image layer 2 times giving you a total of 3. On your layer palette, click on the original copy and go to: Image>Rotate>Free Rotate, 10 Degrees Left, All Layers UNchecked. Lower the opacity of this layer to 60:

Click on the middle copy to activate it and Rotate again but this time change the direction to the right. Lower the opacity of this layer to 70.
Close the visibilty off by clicking the glasses or eye of the very bottom white background layer and Layers>Merge>Merge Visable and then switch the visibilty of the bottom layer back on.
Add the following drop shadow to the merged layer Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow:~

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Image>Resize (all layers UNchecked) to fit your tag, it looks good having a little overlapping ;o)
Optional (depending on your tube)~ apply Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow. Glow Width 3.00 on the Basic tab and select 'Thin' on the Colour tab and choose a colour to match your tube. I also added a large blurry Drop shadow, V:0 H:0, Opacity: 45 and Blur: 30.00, Colour white (experiment trying different glow widths, for the alternative tuxedomoon tube I used a white glow width of 8 and no drop shadow)
Layers>New Raster Layer and add a favourite brush or two (lower the opacity of your brushes if they are too bold ;o)
Add the artists copyright and your watermark etc. as a new layer and then Layers>Merge>Merge Visable.
Layers>New Raster Layer, rename this layer 'brush' and apply the Tribal Heart Brush (LBrush 73), size 170, in the bottom left corner. (I've included in the supplies an alternative halo heart image that you can add as a new layer instead, you can colorize it to your liking ;o) Duplicate this layer twice giving you a total of 3 layers, on the original bottom brush copy apply Effects>Plugins>Dsb Flux, Bright Noise:~

Now click on the middle brush layer to activate it and apply the same bright noise, but click the 'mix' button twice. Click on the top layer and apply bright noise and clcik the 'mix' button 3 times.
Now time for your name! nearly there!
Activate your text tool, Foreground Black, Background the same colour you used earlier for the texture, mine is #C00000, Anti-alias Checked, stroke width 1, select your font, if using 'Evanescent/Evanescence series B', then, size 72, create as vector. Type out your name and (optional) in the middle of your name type out the '+' sign, and at the end of your name type the '|' tube symbol. Position and stretch your text to where you like it, convert to raster layer and then (optional) again apply the same text but type the '~' symbol, position it to where you like it, I put mine towards the bottom of my name. Convert to raster layer and close the visibility off of all layers except for you text layers (only if you added the extra '~') and Layers>Merge>Merge Visable. Rename this layer 'text'.
Duplicate 2 times giving you a total of 3 text layers Apply the same bright noise settings as before with the brush layer remembering to click the 'mix' button each time ;o) Activate the bottom text layer and apply Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, V:-2, H:-2, Opacity:65 , Blur:4.00, Black. Apply the same Drop Shadow to the rest of the text layers (don't worry, it will look a little dark but that will go in a sec ;o) Also apply it to all the brush layers.
Crop your image if needed and close off the visability of the two bottom text and brush layers, leaving only the top text and brush layers and the background layers visable.
File>Save as, and save as png and call it 1, (a box will pop up, click yes) Now switch the visibilty off of the top text and brush layers and make the middle text and brush layers visable. File> Save as 2.png. Nw close the visability off of the middle text and brush layers and make the bottom text and brush layers visable. File>Save as 3.png.
Launch Animation Shop and Click Animation Wizard:

Same size as the first image checked, click next, transparent checked, click next, Upper left corner of the frame and With the canvas colour checked, click next, Yes to repeat the animation indefinitely and 10 in the box below, click next, Click Add Image and find 1.png that you saved earlier, open then click Add Image again and find 2.png, open and click Add Image again and find 3.png, click next and then finish. Check that your animation plays ok and then save as gif and we're done! phew!
