This tutorial was written in psp 8, but can be done in other versions.

You will need:

PTU Scrap Kit 'Bella Notte' available from HERE.

Image of your choice.

dsb flux Bright Noise (Optional) HERE.

Ok, Let's get started!

Open a new image 600 x 550 and flood fill with white.

Open Frame 12 from the scrap kit (or you can choose the same frame in any of the other colours) copy and paste it as a
new layer onto your blank image. Image> Resize by 80%, resize All Layers UNchecked.

With the image of your choice copy and paste it as a new layer and on the layer palette drag this layer below the frame
layer. Resize it to fit the large rectangle to the left of the frame. (The image I used is from: http://twilightguide.com)

With your freehand selection (lasso) tool, point to point, feather 0, select around the large rectangle part of the frame.
Selections> Invert, click on the image layer on the layer palette to make it the active layer and hit delete on your keyboard.

Selections> Select None.

I colorized my image to make it grey scale, to do this make sure that the image layer is the active layer on the layer palette
and Adjust> Hue and saturation> Colorize, Hue: 0, Saturation: 0.

Choose one of the images from the scrap kit to fit the top right smaller rectangle and copy and paste it as a new layer under
the frame layer. Image> Rotate> Free Rotate, 10 Degrees, Right, Free. Resize it to fit and with the freehand selection
(lasso) tool draw around the top right small frame. Selections> Invert, and hit delete on your keyboard.

Selections> Select None.

If you want to make this grey to match the first image: Adjust> Hue and saturation> Colorize, Hue: 0, Saturation: 0.

Choose another image from the scrap kit to fit the bottom right smaller rectangle and copy and paste it as a new layer under
the frame layer. Image> Rotate> Free Rotate, 5 Degrees, Left, Free. Resize it to fit and with the freehand selection (lasso)
tool draw around the bottom right small frame. Selections> Invert, and hit delete on your keyboard.

Selections> Select None.

Adjust> Hue and saturation> Colorize, Hue: 0, Saturation: 0 if you want to make it grey.

Click on the top frame layer on the layer palette to make it the active layer and Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow with the
settings below:

On the layer palette close the visibility off of the bottom white background layer (click the eye) and then Layers> Merge>
Merge Visible. Unhide the white background layer.

Choose a glitter from the scrap kit, I used Glitter 02, and copy and paste it as a new layer, on the layer palette move this
layer below the merged frame layer. Image> Resize by 90%.

Find Vine03 in the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer below the merged frame layer and above the glitter layer.
Image> Resize by 80% and position it over to the right like mine. With the freehand selection (lasso) tool select the small
piece of vine at the bottom and hit delete on your keyboard.

Selections> Select None. Apply the same drop shadow as used before.

Choose a rose from the scrap kit, I used Rose06, copy and paste it as a new layer and drag this layer to the top of the layer
palette. Image> Resize by 80% 4 times. Image> Mirror and Image> Rotate> Free Rotate, 15 Degrees, Left, Free. Position it
over to the left of the frame and apply the same drop shadow as before.

Choose some rose petals from the scrap kit and copy and paste as a new layer. Image> Resize by 70% 3 times. Image>
Mirror and position over to the left, Layers> Duplicate, Image> Mirror, Image> Flip and position to the top right of the
frame. Apply the same drop shadow used before to both rose petal layers.

Choose a key from the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer, make sure this layer is at the top of the layer palette.
Image> Resize by 80% 4 times, position at the bottom and apply the same drop shadow as before.

Choose a glitter splat from the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer, Image> Resize by 80% 2 times and position it
over to the bottom right. With the freehand selection (lasso) tool select the splat that is on the outside and hit delete on your
keyboard. Selections> Select None.

Add some text if you like, I used the font 'Be Safe' HERE. I positioned my text at
the top but you can put it where you think fits nice. Add the text for your name and your taggers/watermark info etc. as a
new layer.

If you want to make the glitter sparkle continue below, if not Layers> Merge> Merge Visible and save as jpg.

Close the visibility off of the 2 bottom layers (white background and glitter) and Layers> Merge> Merge Visible. Unhide the
closed off layers.

On the layer palette click on the middle glitter layer to make it the active layer and Layers> Duplicate and again Layers>
Duplicate giving you a total of 3 glitter layers.

On the top glitter copy layer apply Effects> Plugins> dsb flux, Bright Noise, Intensity 55, Mix.

On the middle glitter copy layer apply the same filter again but hit the mix button 2 times. Apply again for the bottom glitter
layer and hit the mix button 3 times.

On the layer palette close the visibility off of the 2 bottom glitter layers. Edit> Copy Merged.

Open Animation Shop and Edit> Paste>As New Animation.

Back to psp and hide the top glitter layer and unhide the middle glitter layer, Edit> Copy Merged.

In Animation Shop Edit> Paste> After Current Frame.

Back to psp and hide the middle glitter layer and unhide the bottom glitter layer. Edit> Copy Merged.

Over to Animation Shop one more time and Edit> Paste> After Current Frame.

View> Animation to check that it plays ok, if it didn't repeat the steps above again, when you're happy save as gif and we're
done!
